We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our International Procurement activities team, working for IOCs. In this role, you will provide technical analysis of customer requirements, compare Supplier/OEM proposals, maintain positive supplier relations, evaluate supplier options, prepare techno-commercial bids, and ensure accuracy in all records and documentation.
This role is pivotal to ensuring compliance with company standards in all purchases and technical quality documentation. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will play a significant role in maintaining our reputation for quality and integrity.
Understand the purchase requirements of customers and end-users.
Analyze technical requirements from bids including datasheets and drawings.
Communicate technical requirements to Suppliers/OEMs.
Address technical queries from suppliers.
Source missing information from the Internet, OEM, and customers as required.
Maintain and update supplier information including qualifications, documentation, and delivery times.
Select pricing based on company evaluation criteria.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial bids to customers.
Foster and maintain positive relations with suppliers.
Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Graduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Logical, analytical, and strategic thinker.
Fast and efficient system working skills.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
