As a Technical Analyst for International Procurement at 3T Worldwide India Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating smooth procurement activities for International Oil Corporations (IOCs). Your technical acumen will be crucial in analyzing and understanding customer requirements, evaluating supplier proposals, and ensuring compliance with our high standards of quality and service. Understand the purchase requirements of customers and end-users.
Conduct comprehensive technical analysis of bid documents, including datasheets and drawings.
Communicate technical requirements and queries with Suppliers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
Source missing technical information from various external sources if required.
Maintain and update supplier qualifications, quality documentation, and other relevant records.
Evaluate pricing options based on company criteria.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial bids.
Develop and maintain positive supplier relations.
Prepare budgets, conduct cost analyses, and generate insightful reports.
Strong logical, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation preferred).
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Experience level: Entry Level, 0 to 3 years of experience.
