As a Regional Operations Manager at 3T Worldwide, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the efficient delivery of our operational activities in the Oil & Gas services sector across your designated region. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is pivotal in driving the implementation of our strategic operational goals, streamlining logistics, upholding safety standards, and enhancing service delivery to align with our corporate objectives.
Develop and execute regional operational plans as per company policies.
Optimize resource utilization to achieve service delivery targets.
Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities for project support.
Monitor operational costs and implement cost-effective measures.
Implement continuous improvement processes for operational efficiency.
Ensure all activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular safety audits and drills to uphold standards.
Develop risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks.
Maintain compliance documentation for audit purposes.
Work with internal departments to align operations with business strategies.
Engage with clients, partners, and vendors for strong business relationships.
Represent the company in operational meetings and stakeholder negotiations.
Lead and mentor the regional operations team to drive performance.
Set performance goals and conduct team assessments regularly.
Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10–15 years of experience in operations management within the Oil & Gas sector.
Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and regional operations.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
