About the Role

The Project and Services Manager is tasked with spearheading projects and overseeing service operations in the Oil & Gas industry, ensuring that all activities are carried out with precision, compliance, and efficiency. This role requires someone who can lead project delivery efforts, adhere to safety and quality protocols, and optimize resource utilization to fulfill client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure within the established timeline, budget, and scope.

  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure adherence to the schedule.

  • Coordinate resources and third-party vendors/suppliers for flawless execution of projects.

  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and report on project progress.

  • Identify and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Service Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of service delivery to ensure high efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline service operations.

  • Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements to enhance service delivery.

  • Coordinate with field teams to resolve operational challenges quickly.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations at all service sites.

Resource Management

  • Optimize resource allocation and utilization across projects and service operations.

  • Conduct regular reviews of project and service operations to ensure optimal performance.

  • Develop training programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure alignment with company standards.

Client and Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor service delivery accordingly.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

  • Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.

  • Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

  • 8–12 years of experience in project management and service operations within the Oil & Gas industry

  • Proven track record in overseeing successful project delivery and service efficiency

Skills

  • Project management and coordination
