As a Procurement Officer at 3T Worldwide India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in our international procurement activities. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all purchased items are of the highest quality while maintaining cost-efficiency. This position demands an analytical and strategic mindset to source products globally and adhere to company standards.
Comprehending purchase requirements from customers and end-users.
Sourcing essential equipment and machinery for the Oil and Gas industry worldwide.
Evaluating supply options and preparing techno-commercial bids.
Engaging in negotiations and finalizing contracts with suppliers.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier information, including qualifications, delivery times, and product range.
Ensuring positive supplier relations and executing vendor evaluations based on predetermined criteria.
Conducting research and evaluating prospective suppliers.
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or MBA preferred).
Up to 3 years of experience in a procurement or related role preferred.
Strong communication skills in English to interact with OEMs and suppliers, particularly in America and Europe.
Excellent negotiation, logical, and analytical skills.
High proficiency in using computers and different search engines.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
