Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure operations comply with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor project progress and perform quality assurance checks.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to achieve high performance levels.

  • Set performance targets and monitor team productivity and morale.

  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, progress, and changes.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are promptly resolved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field.

  • 5-8 years of experience in oil & gas operations or a similar industrial sector.

  • Proven leadership experience managing operational teams.
