About the Role

The Marketing Specialist at 3T Worldwide India Private Limited is tasked with developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate leads to support business growth in the oil and gas sector. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the role is pivotal in promoting 3T Worldwide’s services across various regions, leveraging digital, traditional, and innovative marketing approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals in the oil and gas sector.

  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and customer behavior.

  • Identify target markets and develop segment-specific marketing approaches.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Digital & Traditional Marketing

  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

  • Manage website content and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.

  • Execute traditional marketing tactics such as print, events, and trade shows.

  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for improvements.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.

  • Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

  • Work with PR and communications teams to manage brand perception.

Lead Generation & Business Development Support

  • Cultivate relationships with potential business partners and clients through targeted marketing efforts.

  • Support sales team in expanding client bases through strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor and optimize lead generation activities to increase conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within the oil and gas sector.

  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies.

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
