We are looking for an astute Logistics Executive for Global Logistics activities. One who can get pricing quotation with freight forwarding partners, maintaining customer relations, maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating freighting options, negotiations, bid preparation, and maintaining accurate records.
To be successful as a Logistics Executive one should have an analytical mind to get pricing from across the globe and keep up with service commitments.

Job Summary
The Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating transportation, shipment tracking, inventory management, and supply chain activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. The role requires close collaboration with customers, vendors, freight partners, and internal teams to maintain efficient logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate international shipments.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, invoices, and shipping records.
Track cargo movements and provide status updates to customers.
Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
Manage inventory records and stock movements.
Resolve delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, and customer concerns.
Analyze logistics costs and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Prepare logistics performance and operational reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
Knowledge of shipping documentation and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Requirements for Qualifications:
Strong communication skill in English and negotiation skills. To interact with Customer, freighting partners, OEM’s & suppliers from America, Europe, Africa & Asia
Good logical & analytical skillset.
Good Speed in working on computers & different Logistics applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office specially Excel.
Education Qualification– Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Candidates with relevant certifications in Logistics & Supply Chain Management will be given preference.
Experience – Beginners up to 3 years.
