The HR/Admin role at 3T Worldwide India Private Limited is crucial in ensuring that both human resources and administrative functions are effectively executed. Situated in Hyderabad, this role supports the HR department by implementing HR policies, managing employee records, and facilitating recruitment processes. Additionally, the HR/Admin Specialist is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, aiming to enhance organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including induction and orientation.

  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and practices.

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.

  • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars for employee development.

  • Prepare HR-related reports as required by management.

Administrative Operations

  • Oversee the office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

  • Coordinate maintenance requests for office equipment and facilities.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments as required.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events and staff activities.

  • Support overall administration to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Maintain a welcoming and efficient front-desk environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR and Administrative roles.

  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
