The Finance Manager at 3T Worldwide India Private Limited will be crucial in managing and enhancing the financial operations of the company. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support the growth and goals of 3T Worldwide in the Oil & Gas sector. As a strategic partner, the Finance Manager will enhance financial performance and ensure fiscal responsibility.
Oversee daily financial operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes to ensure financial stability.
Coordinate and prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.
Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial data.
Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts in alignment with company objectives.
Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with operational strategies.
Evaluate financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect company interests.
Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and implementation of recommendations.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
8–12 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the Oil & Gas or industrial services sector.
Proven expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
