The Call Center Specialist at 3T Worldwide India Private Limited will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring excellent customer service that supports our operations in oil and gas services. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and efficiently resolving any issues our clients might face. The ideal candidate will leverage their interpersonal skills to effectively address customer queries and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools.
Resolve customer concerns and queries promptly, coordinating with internal departments as necessary.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams or management as necessary.
Document all call information accurately and close records in the database.
Prepare and maintain necessary reports on call center processes and activities.
Assist in compiling customer feedback and providing insights for process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
2–4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and call center systems.
