As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare to patients across various settings. You will leverage your advanced clinical training and expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical conditions, as well as promote wellness and preventive care. In this position, you will collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments of patients.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, providing evidence-based treatment plans.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory and imaging studies.
Prescribe medications and therapy according to state regulations and practice standards.
Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care strategies.
Document patient care activities accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and improve overall health outcomes.
Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with medical advancements and best practices.
Master’s degree in nursing or equivalent advanced clinical training.
Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner from a recognized board.
Valid state nursing license with NP certification.
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
